Reviewing Authors

After a completed visit, you'll be invited to share your experience.

Review Timing

  • Review prompt sent 24-48 hours after the scheduled visit
  • Reminder sent if no review after 7 days
  • Access the review from your booking detail page or email link

Rating Categories

Rate the author across five dimensions (1-5 stars each):

Written Review

Share specific observations:

  • Minimum: 50 characters
  • Maximum: 2,000 characters

  • Any areas for improvement
  • Whether you'd recommend the author

Review Guidelines

Do share:

  • Honest, constructive feedback
  • Specific examples and observations
  • What worked well
  • Suggestions for improvement

Don't include:

  • Personal attacks or inappropriate language
  • Information unrelated to the visit
  • Confidential student information
  • False or misleading claims
